Healthcare-ID, Inc. is a leading provider of blood collection software, with over 7.5 million units collected annually nationwide using the Donor-ID^TM software.

• Donor-ID^TM 1.0 initially received 510(k) clearance in February of 1998. Clearance was received again in March of 2000 for Donor-ID^TM2.0 and in April of 2002 for Donor-ID^TM 2.2 after various design enhancements were added based on suggestions by blood center professionals.
• In October of 2003, Donor-ID^TM 2.5 received 510(k) clearance after the addition of the CASI module to the donor screening software that already included modules for Registration, Health History, Physical Exam, and Phlebotomy.
• Donor-ID^TM Release 3.0 received 510(k) clearance in February of 2007. This upgrade to a web-based application also offered enhanced capabilities like wireless PDA for Phlebotomy, network printing, and customer-configurable web pages and reports.
• October of 2007 brought the availability of our module for Quality Control at the collection site.
• Donor-ID^TM Release 3.1.4 received 510(k) clearance in June of 2009, and included the iCASI module, providing the option for donors to answer health history questions over the internet prior to arrival at the collection site. It also included donor electronic signature capture and a donor Self Check-In module.
• The Donor Adverse Reaction module became available in March of 2010, developed in collaboration with the AABB Biovigilance Working Group.
• A marketing partnership with Fenwal Inc. began in November of 2010 to develop productivity-enhancing software applications to link their apheresis instruments with existing blood center donor management systems.
• In June of 2012, Donor-ID^TM 3.2 received 510(k) clearance for integration with biometric finger identification technology for use with donor search and staff login functionality.
• In 2012-13 Donor-ID^TM, through partnerships with their vendors, gained the capability to receive data from devices manufactured by Hemocue, Ultracrit, and Welch Allyn. Oklahoma Blood Institute went live with this data transfer in October 2014.
• In 2014 Donor-ID^TM gained the capability of data transfers to/from both ASI’s Hemoflow device and Terumo’s Vista software.
• In 2014 Adverse Reaction received a major rewrite to improve flow and functionality.
• In 2015 Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center began a pilot of the interface to Fenwal’s Aurora device for source plasma
• In 2016 Donor-ID^TM apps for IOS and Android received 510(k) clearance.
• In 2017 Donor-ID^TM mobile was added allowing phones and tablets to be used for iCASI
• In 2017 the Donor-ID^TM Phlebotomy module received a major rewrite to improve flow and functionality and allow tablet devices to be used.
• In 2018 Donor-ID^TM added a Check-in Plus module that allows donors to check themselves into the drives.
• In 2019 Donor-ID^TM added an Inventory module for the tracking of device maintenance, as well as supplies and equipment.
• In 2020 Donor-ID^TM was validated for use with the Chrome Browser

Leading the way to the future is the close relationship we maintain with our customers. In 2000, Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center in Houston, TX became the first blood center to process donors using Donor-IDTM software in a production environment. Today, we have a total of 19 blood centers and 1 plasma center signed up for the Donor-IDTM software for their blood collection processes. Our customers continue to provide valuable input for enhancements and new functionality that allow our software to better assist them in all phases of the donation process. The Healthcare-ID Team

	Rick Stone, President & CEO Prior to joining Healthcare-ID, Richard L. Stone was a project manager for a software consulting firm working with customers to design and develop state-of-the-art software systems to meet specific requirements. Rick first joined Healthcare-ID as a consultant in 1995 and became an employee in 1998. Rick was instrumental in designing and developing the original Donor-ID system and getting the first customer installed. Rick is the leader of Healthcare-ID's development group and the chief technologist. Rick remains very active in the design of the company products and spends a significant portion of his time working with customers and prospects. He has strong communication skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly by staying current with new technologies. In January of 2011, Rick was appointed President of Healthcare-ID.
	Bryan Sadorf, Vice President and COO Bryan F. Sadorf held a variety of management positions prior to joining Healthcare-ID. He came to the company after 11 years at Chicago Title and Trust. Prior to joining the company, Bryan had been the Manager of Development, Installation and Customer Service at his previous job. He has led large development and installation projects and managed the help desk. Since joining HID in 2002 Bryan has been involved with software design, managing the development process life-cycle and customer support. His attention to detail and ability to write both functional and technical specifications is a real plus. As a project manager he understands business requirements, design specifications and all of the important steps in the technical process.
	Mary Lestina, Assistant Vice President of Special Initiatives Mary came to HID in 2009 after 15 years at Motorola. At Motorola Mary had roles all along the software development cycle, from design, to support, to training. Her wide ranging experiences allowed her to quickly adapt and advance within the HID environment. Mary's primary function with the company involves managing relationships with our business partners and the software connection between multiple systems. In addition, Mary manages the sales process for the company.
	Steve Sadorf, Vice President of Quality, Human Resource, and Finance Steve has been with the company since 2005. Originally dedicated to software validation and customer installation support, Steve has taken on the responsibility of the company's quality management, in addition to all finance and human resource functions. In the role of quality, Steve is responsible for ensuring a quality system and handling all FDA related issues.

	Kami Chavez, Project Leader, Validation and Quality Kami came to HID in early 2010 after 10 years at Northfield Labs where she worked in both technical and leadership positions. She worked on various FDA related projects and brings a wealth of FDA knowledge to the company. At HID Kami is involved with software validation, documentation and end user support.
	Molly Klonowski, Project Leader, Installation and Support Molly has been with HID since 2004. She has worked at large companies like Baxter and Abbott in her past. Her experience is in the medical and technical areas and she has worked on many database projects. For much of her time at HID she was responsible for software validation and support. Currently she is heading up large customer installation projects.

	Sam Ma, Business Analyst Sam has been with HID since 2014. He came here with 11 years of experience working in IT systems, where he gained vast experience in customer service and various business analyst functions. He also obtained his Master of Science, Information Services degree prior to joining HID. His responsibilities include validation testing, documentation, test case and use case creation, and user support.
	Tiffany Marzec, Business Analyst Tiffany came to HID in 2012 with 13 years of experience working in direct customer support positions. Her responsibilities include validation testing, documentation, test cases, user support, marketing materials, and organizing all the trade show activities.

	Ken Carlisle, Technical Support Analyst Ken joined the company in 2013. He has 14+ years in the technical support industry, including being a Team Lead. These roles have honed his customer service and trouble-shooting skills, all of which he has been able to successfully apply to his role here at HID. Ken is involved in Integration testing, and handles technical support for the majority of the HID customers.
	Maggie Chou, Senior Programmer Maggie has been with the company since 2000. She wrote much of the original 2.x system and has been involved with design and development of the web application. Maggie was a physician in Shanghai, China earlier in her career. Currently, Maggie is a lead developer.
	Ken Dolan, Technical Analyst Ken joined HID in 2014. He came to us with a B.A. in Health Informatics and Health and Human Physiology, along with web development and customer service experience. Ken's primary role is development, assisting with Integration testing and technical support for the Donor-ID application.
	Dan Kaye, Programmer Analyst Dan's primary role is development and technical support for the Donor-ID application. Dan's background as a SQL Server database administrator has been instrumental in developing database solutions within the Donor ID application. Dan previously worked as a Web Developer and SQL Server DBA at Wolters Kluwer in Riverwoods, Illinois. He joined HID in December 2011.
	Doug Stone, Contractor Doug Stone is a contractor who is used on special projects involving both development and infrastructure. Doug spent many years at HID as a full-time developer who was instrumental in developing the current line of Donor-ID software. His vast experience and knowledge of the application makes Doug a valuable resource for the company.
