This is the beginning of the company-wide quality initiative, which started in February, 2012. “It is a huge commitment made by senior leadership [of Healthcare-ID] to make this investment in the employees and in the overall quality of our processes, products, and services,” said Bonnie Pressley, Manager of Quality Assurance. “It is a Quality Assurance Manager’s dream come true to have each employee looking at quality in a unified manner and understanding that we all play a role in the quality of our work.”
