Innovative Blood Resources (Memorial Blood Centers) presents the Donor-ID™ Donor Adverse Reaction module

Buffalo Grove, IL, October 10, 2016 – Healthcare-ID, Inc. announced today that it will be hosting a Donor Adverse Reaction session in their booth at the 2016 AABB Annual Meeting in Orlando, FL.  The Donor Adverse Reaction module allows electronic capturing of a donor’s reaction and subsequent actions, i.e. treatment, observers, follow-up, etc.  The system also allows for the reaction data to be extracted and uploaded to the AABB Biovigilance website (DonorHART™) for data trending.

 

Stop by Healthcare-ID booth #500 on Sunday, October 23 from 1:00pm – 2:00pm, or Monday, October 24th from 11:00am – 12:00pm to see first-hand how Memorial Blood Centers has implemented the Donor-ID™ Donor Adverse Reaction module. Scott Geislinger, RN, CQIA/Donor Suitability Specialist, Collections Quality, Innovative Blood Resources, will talk about their case/time study, implementation process, benefits, as well as a demo of the module itself.
