They went live with Screening, Phlebotomy, iCASI, and the Ultracrit and Welch Allyn Physical Exam interfaces.
“We are very excited to have Miller-Keystone Blood Center rolled out on Donor-IDä. It’s always rewarding to see another customer begin using the software in a live environment where they and the donors can really begin to see the true benefits of using Donor-IDä,” states Rick Stone, President and CEO of Healthcare-ID.
Sean Tinney, Director of Marketing at Miller-Keystone Blood Center, states, “We received a lot of positive feedback from our donors since the launch of Donor-ID. Those that completed Donor-ID at the blood center mentioned they noticed a significant decrease in the amount of time answering their Donor History Questions (DHQ). The donors who completed their DHQs prior to arriving for their donation loved the convenience and decreased time getting through the donation process once they arrived for their appointment.”
